Governing
Body
We have a very active and supportive governing body
which meets twice a term. There are also three sub-committees
which each meet once a term; pay and personnel, finance
and premises and curriculum.
Mrs Wendy Colvin
has been our Chair of Governors since July 2009. She
lives locally and has two children at the school.
Wendy leads the governing body in its effort to support
and progress the school. Her aim is to promote a whole
school community, which includes children, parents,
teachers and support staff. Wendy divides her time
between lecturing at university and raising her family.
She particularly enjoys creative endeavours, such
as drawing, cooking and the outdoors.
